Webedit: im an idiot, running it through the regular fallout3.exe runs FOSE. so just make a shortcut of that to desktop, if you hit play on steam it loads the launcher not the fallout3.exe. You need to run the patcher, and then afterwards running Fallout3.exe loads fose instead of fose_loader.exe.
