If it were my bike and fixing the oil injector was getting to be a hassle, I'd consider plugging the oil port and, starting with 32:1 premix, find the ratio where it doesn't smoke or spooge too much and then jet for the proper mixture:

If the kick starter will not move with the plug out then it's time to remove the flywheel cover. With the flywheel cover removed and the plug out, try turning the flywheel.
